North Yorkshire

The North Yorkshire choirs are our most recently established family of choirs. Places are offered to children who have shown potential and enthusiasm in school whole-class singing sessions. The choirs offer them the opportunity to benefit from many musical, religious and social opportunities, building on what they learn in school to enable them to sing Mass and perform in concerts.

The North Yorkshire Choirs rehearse weekly in term time and regularly sing for Masses and concerts in parishes throughout the area, as well as at the annual Diocesan Choir Festivals at Leeds Cathedral.
